This is a thread where people can introduce themselves. Give a little information so people can get to know you a little better.
I'll start it off
My name is Greg (you probably couldn't tell that already with my cunningly disguised username) and I study Ancient History and Archaeology at level 2. That's what we have to call it now apparently. I'm not a second year, just a level 2 student...bloody bureaucracy... I'm the secretary of the society. Feel free to bring any concerns or questions you have to me or any of my colleagues.

Simon! I'm going to Jerusalem in January and I'm going to pay a visit to the Bible Lands Museum of Jerusalem. You should look it up. It seems really interesting!

Hi there i'm Thor Heyerdahl the adventurer and Archaeologist extraordinaire! I have published several books, such as 'Aku-Aku', and even starred in my own film. I'm not doing much at the moment, seeing as i'm currently deceased but I can access the internet and have recently discovered a Fan-based website run by someone called 'Collin Richards'. He seems like my kind of Man... OF ACTION!

Hi I'm Lou, I'm a 2nd year single honours Archaeology student and Data Processing is currently DRIVING ME INSANE! I love the Mesolithic and Palaeolithic, I have excavated at Star Carr, and my favourite lecturer is Chantal! Yay! I wanna do a Masters in Bioarchaeology at York when I'm finished at Manchester, then after that, who knows!
